In some circumstances your doctor may be able to help you with a problem over the telephone. Please explain your problem or query to the receptionist who will pass it in to the doctor.
Either your doctor or the receptionist will contact you with a response. This will save both doctor’s time and your own.
Telephone appointments
Both GPs offer two pre-bookable telephone appointments during each surgery for patients who would like to discuss a problem but don’t feel that this needs to be done face to face.
You will be given a time range for the GP to call back and we endeavour to meet this target.
However, this cannot be guaranteed and we do ask that you keep your phone accessible until contact has been made.
